Project Overview

Mid-Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates, PLLC (MEMA), is a physician-owned practice offering emergency and acute medical care across greater Charlotte and the Piedmont area of North Carolina. As the competitive landscape for physician-owned practices in emergency and acute care evolved, MEMA recognized the importance of modernizing its brand and raising awareness to maintain its competitiveness and independence.

Our Approach

We joined MEMA as their Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and immediately conducted a brand persona analysis. We developed brand and style personas that embody modern emergency medicine. Simultaneously, we worked on a new, contemporary website to showcase MEMA's excellence in their field.

After finalizing the brand and style guide and launching the website, we collaborated with a local print company to revamp all brand materials, signage, and marketing collateral. Additionally, we implemented a business-to-business content strategy to highlight MEMA to their channel partners.

Results

Since the campaign's inception, MEMA has secured three new hospital contracts and doubled its clinician roster. Its strength in Emergency Medicine has positioned it as a leading authoritative voice in online Emergency Medicine content, reaching tens of thousands of patients throughout the Carolinas monthly through SEO efforts.
