Thrive was born from the shared passion of Drs. Amy Fletcher and Nancy Palermo Lietz to create a specialized, integrative healthcare center offering an alternative to conventional care. It is a collaborative platform for conventional, integrative, and functional medicine practitioners who joined forces to deliver personalized healthcare to patients. Thrive is situated in the South Park neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.
As Thrive's Agency of Record, we took charge of their marketing, advertising, and public relations. Our strategy capitalized on the doctors' popularity with their current patients by prominently featuring them in marketing materials. We also created educational content highlighting the benefits of Functional Medicine to reinforce the practice's brand identity.
Our digital content strategy, complemented by a modern website, targeted social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO, positioned Thrive as a premier destination for integrative functional medicine in Charlotte. Since then, they have expanded their services to include virtual programs and an eCommerce platform, resulting in a loyal patient base and passive revenue channels.
